for some reason, my scanner is malfunctioning. It will
scan one document without a problem. Then when I try to
scan the second one, a message appears:
the parallel port may be used by another application.
Error code 0x00060800
If I close out the program and restart the computer, I
can scan one document and then get the same message.
I run Windows xp professional. The scanner is a Canon
flat bed. I have gone to canon site and redownloaded the
driver, with no help.
