If Unix code some how got into Linux and the code they disclosed so far
dates back to the early ages of Unix how the fuck can they say they
distributed it with out any knowledge?

They might need to spin-off a small company to sue themselves in
order to realise the value of their huge investment in legal
advice. The spin-off could be partially floated, thus raising
