I have received this several days in a row via automatic updates on my XP machine. I have installed it several times as well, but it keeps coming back!!! Anybody had a similar experience...if so, what did you do about it. I have instaleed many updates before and not had this problem

yes I have the same problem. Apparently this update
relates to "directx" which is not on my pc.I just ignor it
since installing "directx" would take too long to d/l with
my slow dialup and I don't know if I would use it
anyway.Read ms03-030.
