- Sp4 Update

When I try to update my system with Service Pack 4, I get the following
error: SP4IIS.exe generated errors and will be closed by windows. I click OK
to restore back to current state before trying to install SP4.
How do I get around this error? I am currently on Windows 2000 Pro Service
Pack 3.
