hi i downloaded a program called spybot to stop all the
advertisements, pop ups etc but in deleting these
unwanted programmes, i've done somthing bad to my pc. i
now have no toolbar at the bottom of my desktop, it takes
about 4 minutes for my pc to load up and the sound is a
bit dodgy now. i went back onto spybot backup to recover
whatever i had deleted in error but i pressed the wrong
button and deleted some microsoft works backup files by
mistake! could this be what is causing my problems? i've
i recovered as much as i can off spybot which i think is
useful to my pc, and have left the rest which is clearly
advertisements and have uninstalled spybot - this seems
to have given me internet access again but little more,
oh yes my printer had been uninstalled in the process
too! any tips on how to sort this mess out? thanks
