- SUS Server
- Posted by glen on February 12th, 2004
HI,
Can I implement SUS server and still not give clients
admin privs to their local machines? I want to keep
users at restricted user rights to the local machines and
have SUS work w/o them having to do any interaction.
thanks,
Glen

Hi
Yes, you can...
Fyi, there is a separate newsgroup for SUS:
microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...wareupdatesvcs
URL to the group softwareupdatesvcs for those who uses the Web
interface to access the newsgroups:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...reupdatesvc s
A Web site about SUS with a FAQ and a SUS forum:
