hey,

I've installed SUS on a W2K Server, everything went well.
I synchronized the updates, also the Group Policy is
working because on my client I can see that the registry
keys are altered.

But nothing happens! when the scheduled time is passed,
nothing happens, not even after a reboot or when a local
administrator logs on.
Nothing is written to the event logs, or IIS logs.

any idea?

Peter,

1. Check the "c:\winnt\windows update.log" file for actions/errors.
2. Confirm the WUServer URL in the group policy will work from the client,
such as correct name resolution.
