- Svc Pak 4 results in Unable to Load Device Driver

I just installed SvcPak4.0 for Windows 2000. Now,
whenever I start the machine, I get the following error
message:
Unable to Load Device Driver \SystemRoot\System32
\Drivers\TSISTRM.SYS device driver could not be loaded.
Error status was 0xc000034
What can I do to resolve this problem?
