Hi! my name is Gina and I am having big time problems
with my computer, it keeps freezing and it doesn't let me
do anyting on any programm and its telling me that the
system crashed,
please help!!!!

Hi Gina, I had a really bad crash, believe it or not
there are different kinds, and it was caused by
directions from an MSN E-Mail on-line technician. I
DON'T DO WHAT THEY TELL ME ANYMORE!! LOST CLOSE TO 300
MESSAGES STORED ON "MY COMPUTER" files in msn. To say
the least 8 hours on the phone over the course of three
days with the Computer Manufacturer, HP, I was able to
get into the Brain of the Computer, and uninstall -- some
of this had a friend help too -- one of the Microsoft
Windows downloads and ta da!! Worked, but was
scrammbling for weeks with lost mail.
I would call your manufacturer and see if they can help,
if you want to try it yourself. Puter was less than year
old too.
