I reformatted my computer and put three operatin systems
onto it, then i started having problems with it always
rebooting. Decided to have it reformatted again and just
go with windowsXP professional but even after clean
install my computer is still rebooting.

Are there any error messages?

Blaster can infect an unprotected computer in a matter of seconds.
Otherwise...
If you truly formatted, you most likely have hardware issues.
Check to be sure all fans are operating and vents clear.
Install the latest hardware drivers.
