I sent this earlier, but it had the wrong email address.
My 15 mo old was tapping on the keyboard and my task bar
went to the right side (vertical). It will not drag down
and nothing comes up to help when I right click. I have
Windows ME. It's very annoying-please help!!

RIGHT CLICK AND HOLD AT A BLANK SPACE ON THE TASK BAR
UNTIL HIGHLIGHTED WITH DARK OUTLINE. KEEP HOLDING AND MOVE
POINTER DOWN TOWARD BOTTOM OF SCREEN UNTIL YOU SEE DARK
OUTLINE AGAIN. RELEASE MOUSE. TASK BAR SHOULD MOVE TO
BOTTOM.
