Nicholas, thanks for you help. I appreciate it. I have
done most of what you suggest, and it just doesn't work.
Then only thing I haven't done is run the fix from the
doug knox website. I thought the Symantec blaster
removal tool did the same thing the fix a the doug knox
website does. If they do different things let me know.
In other words, if I have run the symantec tool, do I
still need to do the doug knox fix? If so, will this
take care of all the problems I am having?
