recently I installed direct x 9.06 and security update
819696.After that the tool bar{file edit view favorites
tool help back & address etc.} at the top of the
window,disapeared!It is still there when I go to sites
like google for example.It is no longer there when I bring
up any folder.And thats where I need it the most.Being A
novis,I havent been able to fix the problem.Any
suggestions for A solution would be apreciated.Thanks

Try the following:

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. On the "View" menu, click "Toolbars". If "Standard Buttons" does not

have a check mark before it, click "Standard Buttons".

3. On the "View" menu, click "Toolbars". If "Address Bar" does not have

a check mark before it, click" Address Bar".
