All of my tool bars (the ones on top of all programs and
the one at the bottom of the windows desktop) are gone.
On the desktop the bottom toolbar is black and the when I
hit the start button the normal menu does not pop up (the
shutdown, run, settings, etc).

did so far was to enable classic desk top to restore the
full accesabilities and it might not hurt to install a 3rd
party theme wich may fill in the missing files even after
uninstalling it windows may keep them this was
accomplished with a theme packager that had a "XP STYLE"
theme and it restored my functions after i deleted the
original program. it is called "Talisman 2.5"
