I am trying to install the Tournament Data Manager
software from the USTA. When trying to install the .NET
Framework portion, I am receiving an error message
stating:
Set up cannot access Window Installer components. Setup
cannot continue.

Find the Windows Installer version 2 at Microsoft and install that prioe to installing the .NET Framework.
