- Trusted Root Certificates

I believe my Trusted Root Certificates have been deleted -
so how can i retrieve them - can at all? and where and
how ? I am trying to sign into my MSN Messenger and it
wont allw me access! also with Windows update feature
online - i have no go access even when prescribing the
following remedies...
please help!

What error message do you get on Windows Update? What operating system?
Do you have access to a different machine with the certificates?
If so you can export/import from one machine to another.
