For well over one year, I have not been able to download
any patches, not even security patches. It seems tha MS
scan my system for available patches...it tells me it
does. But after scanning my system, it tells me : "This
page cannot be displayed."

Why? Is it because I pruchase Window XP about two years
ago and Iam no longer "eligible"? HELP, please. Tell me
the truth. Thanks

If you go to your windows directory, usucally c:\windows or c:\winnt, and
find a file called "Windows Update.log". Can you please post it here?
