When trying to run Windows Update, after a 100% scan, I
get the following message: "Windows Update has encountered
an error and cannot display the requested page." It tells
me to send Error number to Microsoft (Ox800A138F). In the
Windows Update.log file, however, error number(Ox800C0005)
is displayed. Also in the log I am getting the following
message:

iuident.cab from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v4/ to
C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\V4

One of the suggestions in the trouble shooting program was
to delete all of the content in Program
Files\Windowsupdate\V4 except: "iuhist.xml". I am unable,
however, to delete "iuident.cab" or "iuident.text from my
computer, no matter what I try- they always reappear.

Can someone help?
