You'll have to purchase the Windows 98SE Upgrade CD
and upgrade over your current Windows 98 installation.
There are no downloads available for Windows 98SE.

It would be better to upgrade to Windows XP Home Edition
since Microsoft has ended technical support for all versions
of Windows 98.

The Upgrade Advisor is a tool you can download and install
to check if your system hardware and software are ready for
upgrading to Windows XP.

Bob;
There is no update you can download.
You need to buy Windows 98SE full or upgrade.
Since Microsoft is no longer making Windows 98SE, Ebay and others are
the source now.
