- Update for Windows Rights Management client 1.0
- Posted by Chris on November 20th, 2003
This update is installed 3 times now (succesful) but keeps
re-appearing in my list of updates. Is this a known error
and what can I do about it?

What I finally did was to click on "show more" in the description of the
update in windows update. That took me to a page where I could download it.
I downloaded it and then executed the downloaded file. It wouldn't install
so I uninstalled Windows Rights Management via the Control Panel, Then I
executed the downloaded file and it worked. The next time I tried windows
update, it said I was up-to-date. Problem solved.
Seems like Microsoft could post some message like this so we wouldn't have
to stumble into a solution since so many of us had this problem.
