microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware newsgroup. However, have you tried
removing the card using device manager, then physically removing,
reinstalling and letting Windows install the drivers for the card? If so,
have you tried another usb device to see if the card actually works? What
happens when you connect your camera? Any error messages?
