- why won't my downloaded updates not install

I download updates but then they won't install states
failed web sight. I was also told that something is
incompatible but doesn't explain. please advise who do I
contact to solve this problem thank you

Alice,
1) Sign on to AOL
2) Minimize AOL
3) Open Internet Explorer
4) Go to Windows Update by clicking on Tools on the title bar of IE and
then choosing Windows Update
