Hello,

I tried updating ME on MS's site, but my dial-up
disconnected. Now, I try forthe upgrade but nothing
happens -- not even a prompt of any sort. When I check to
see what programs are runing, I'm told Upgrade is not
responding.

In addition, I can't upgrade Norton after the above
incident.

Anyone have any suggestions?
