- Windows ME Updates

Every time I use Windows Update ME, the same update for
Int. Exp. 6 Service Pack is needed. I download and
install, (close all progs before install) Restart.
Windows says it may not start, eventually does after
saying it failed to upgrade from 0% to 2%.....Next day,
Update recommends the same critical update...why is it not
installing?
