windows ME wont shut down after installing sercurity
update 823559 MS W. i have uninstalled it and cleaned up
the computor and ran it in safe mode, tried trouble
shooter and everything else i can think of, but nothing
seems to fix it. the computor will shut down in safe mode.
i would be grateful for any suggestions.
