I keep getting a message to install a new update but every
time I download it, when the computer restarts I get a
message that says it can't update file from %1 to %2. Can
anyone tell me what to do.

Have you tried the help site at

Not sure if anything there is what you need but it may be
a start if you have not already tried it. If you have,
sorry to assume otherwise.

This is usually caused by a problem with wininit.ini - see if
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;283069 helps.
