When i instal windows critical updates to avoid shut down
of computer by current virus it failed to instal. Moreover
it failed to install all critical updates.Look for help to
solve this problem

1. Which version of Windows are you running?
2. Are you getting any error or warning messages?
3. At what stage of the update process are you having problems: connecting
to Windows Update site, scanning for updates, downloading updates,
installing updates.
