When I run the windows update, I get a message, "Software
update incomplete." At the bottom, it says "Send error
message to Microsoft (0x800B0004).
I adjusted the security settings to default values, didn't
help.
Tried My Download Files to download IE 6 SP1, said all
updates are cuttent.
At Help>About, says 6.0.2800.1106, Update versions SP1;
Q324929; q313829; Q810847.
At the "Get help and support", I tried suggestion 1; when
I did start>run INIPKI.DLL, I got a message, "loadlibrary
INIPKI.DLL failed - One of the library files needed to run
this application cannot be found." Suggestion 2,
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>check "Use HTTP 1.1
through proxy connections," did not work.
I uninstalled MSXML 4.0 Parser, and reinstalled MSXML 4.0
SP2 SDK. Didn't make any difference.
What am I missing?
