Scott,

Did you recently perform a System Restore? Do you get the error message
immediately after hitting "Scan" option? Try the following steps from the
Troubleshooter:

Select:
Problem reaching Windows Update

Then:
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot supply the requested
page; Cannot Display Page (Windows XP)
