- xp pros unstable cpu usage (34%-100%)

I have reinstall xp and reformated my computer 5 times
and this problem just keeps on coming back. The cou usage
just bots up to 100% when i am not even usign anything.
Any ideas???

I thought I would not find another person with this
problem, that it was my motherboard...but I am having the
exact same problem.
I will look in the other group to see if there are any
updates with this issue.
