But seriously, Deborah, you should post this to a newsgroup that deals
either with your particular Operating System or program that you are
trying to use. This newsgroup deals with Windows Update issues.
.... and, no one will call you. All questions asked in newsgroups get
answered in newsgroups except for "special" cases that require email
contact. Most of the people posting solutions here DO NOT work for MS.
