- 100% memory usage if i use a wmi networkadapter question

If "remote access connection manager" service isn't disabled and I use wmi
browser for a networkadapter question then 100 percent memory will be used by
svchost.
If I disable the service, then is there no error.
Do you have any idea what happening with "remote access connection manager"
service, while i used wmi(win32_networkadapers)?
