- Access denied error message when setting msconfig
- Posted by Stephen on November 23rd, 2007
When I set msconfig, either on or off, it throws this error message:
"An access denied error was returned while attempting to change a service.
You may need to log on using an Administrator account to make the
specified changes."
I am logged on as an administrator, and in fact the change was NOT denied.
I am able to set the msconfig and able to turn it off. The problem is
merely the messages. How do I get rid of them?
