address bar problem
Posted by Philip on October 1st, 2005

i always use the address bar in the taskbar to quickly navigate my hard drives.

however, now i'm having problems. it can only now go to the root directory
of the hard drives, like c:\ or d:\. but when i type in other folders, let's
say, c:\windows or d:\program files, it opens up the search results window.
however, i can open specific files from the address bar, like c:\text.txt.
how can i fix this? i use the address bar a lot.
