Today, when I was attempting to run Nero Express, I wasn't able to. I went
to the Nero sight to see if I could get updates and I received a message that
said "ASPI installation is corrupted - WNASPI32.DLL V 4.71 (0002)."
The following is a piece of the log that I saved:

I've been having problems with my pc freezing/crashing and being sluggish
for a while now, almost as if there were loops, but I didn't know what the
exact problem was. What do I need to do to fix this?
