Hello;
I have a Dell Dimension 9100 and running XP. This has been going on for a
little over 6 months. About every minute, ( I timed them) my audio "skips"
for lack of a better term. The sound slows and you can hear 4 or 5 "clicks".
It doesn't matter if it's a downloaded song, CD, or video. Along with the
"skipping sounds", a video will visually skip and slow down. It only lasts
for about 5 seconds or so. I'm wondering if this is a machanical issue or
something I can repair with a download?
