We own a small business and cannot get any of our quickbook files to back up
to a 3.5 floppy...when trying to format the disk a message comes up that says
the floppy disk controller has an error that is not recognized by floppy disk
driver...I cannot get any of the programs to back up to this...I am in dire
need of help... we lost our office in Katrina and need to have this working
properly...any help would be greatly appreciate.... our e mail address is
