The Blue Screen of Death

I'm tired of getting the blue screen of death. I'm countering this problem
every few hours and I don't know what to do about it. I tried to upgrade my
drivers, and I did upgrade my graphic card adapter driver. I also, have
updated my bios flash. but the problem still there. My computer is a
fujitsu-Siemens Scienic PC.

The erro message I got from the event viewer is the following:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10021
Date: 3/1/2006
Time: 12:07:39 AM
User: N/A
Computer: AL-AGHAPC
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 10021 ) in Source ( DCOM ) cannot be

found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry

information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote

computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this

description; see Help and Support for details. The following

information is part of the event: {A9E69610-B80D-11D0-B9B9-
