The Blue Screen Of Death

I'm getting the error message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectdly with a status of 0x0000006
(0x00000000 0x00000000)
Thee system has been shut down.

If anyone can interpret for me it would be greatly appreciated.
