- Blue screen error code c000021a

my laptop (IBM) shut down with the following error message:
c000021a {fatal System Error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0x0000006 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down
I have been unable to find this exact text on any knowledge base article and
have no idea which way to go from here!
Any help would be appreciated

Does the computer still boot. If not what have you tried?
