When I try to copy data (digital photos ) from my hard drive to either a
CD-R or CD RW disc using the writing wizard in my Windows XP Home Edition I
get the message that this has been completed successfully. When I then try
to open these files from the disc I find they have not been copied.
This same process occurs when I try to use Nero Express 6 (since
uninstalled ) or Cyberlink Power 2Go( 3) .
Can anyone help me please?
My DVD/CD is Sony DVD RW DW-D23A, writing speeed 48x.

Review the above links.. You might be better off to just <my opinion>
disable the inbuilt cd wiz, uninstall Cyberlink Power to go and reinstall
Nero 6.. Install the Nero burning rom, Nero Express and Incd or just the
complete Nero suite of apps, then update everything Nero 6 here..

Then, if necessary, you can go to the c:\program files\Ahead\Incd folder and
click on the Incd 4 FAQ (HTML doc) file for troubleshooting answers..
