- Can't Open Files

I recently had my primary drive re-formatted. The files were saved to my
secondary drive. Now they appear there but I cannot open them. When you
click to open the correct program opens (e.g. Word) but there is only
jibberish on the screed. I am attaching two as an example. Can anyone help
me with this?

Hi,
It looks like the files have become corrupted. You may want to check with the folks on
either the Word or Office news groups also.
