- Can't remove programs in control panel

I cann't remove software out of my add and remove programs file in control
panel,that the computer has in it. When I try to remove it a window comes up
saying I am being redirected to a web page. It said I installed moviepass.tv
software and I can't get it out. I didn't install this software some one
else did I guess and I don't what it on here. HELP
