Computer crashes too much

my computer crashes too much i dont know what happened.cant install
programs,even cant open desktop properties,cant open system restore.i dont
what happened to it,but i am sure it is infected with some kind of trojan or
eploited by a well written script.which is "Js exploit/Bo.gen".many online
resources talking about this problem but no solution is provided everywhere.i
am stuck with it for quiet some days now.i already reonstalled my windows but
caoldnot help.anybody know the solution for it.any help provided will be more
appreciable.

Have at it BUT I highly recommend - if you're THIS far in the whole (I don't
recommend this often) - a format and re-installation after backing up any
NON-EXECUTABLE data and scanning any saved downloads before using them
again.
