Try Start, Run, type "sfc /scannow" without quotes and hit Enter.

Try it again but do what follows first.
I suggest you Disable automatic restart on system failure. This
should help by allowing time to write down the STOP code properly.
Right click on the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select
Properties, Advanced, StartUp and Recovery, System Failure
and uncheck box before Automatically Restart.
Enable automatic restart on system failure after you have captured /
copied and pasted the message in a further post here.
Have you tried running your anti-virus programme in safe mode?
How many copies of atmadm.exe do you have? What are the file
versions, dates and locations?

Hope this helps.

This is geeting stranger I did as you said when sfc /scannow reach the same
point it stop the screen did not go blue but the pc did restart with the box
unchecked.
I tried to run sfc /scannow again to see if I could get the blue screen
information, but this time it ran straight through no problem, I then ran the
virus scan & that was fine, so dont know what has happened but it seems that
when it restarted with the restart box uncheck something changed.
Ay ideas on what may have happened but all seems okay now.

System File Checker is supposed to replace the dll being used with a
backup copy if something is wrong with the original. Beyond that I
cannot say. Had you done anything else before like running an
anti-virus scan?
