In Win XP Home SP2, different Control Panel items open in different
ways.
Accessiobility Options opens on top of Control Panel.
Administrative Tools replaces Control Panel.
Folder Options opens behind Control Panel.
Fonts replaces Contol Panel.
Is this normal performance, or is it my computer?
