- Copying backup file from my C drive to my CD-RW drive
- Posted by John Reed on February 24th, 2006
I'm using Windows XP and I'm trying to back my system up. The Windows back
up program created a file that is to big to fit on one CD. Is there a way I
can copy the one large backup file to multiple cd's? Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John Reed

I recommend using a more powerful backup tool like Norton Ghost. The
Backup softwsare that is included in Windows is very limited.
An alternative: backup to the HDD and use a file splitter or packer
tool to copy the file on a set of CDs.
