- CPU USage 100%

My computer stays at 100% usage, even after I FDisked it. There is nothing
in it except McAfee and Windows XP. It has a 40 GB hard drive and 256 RAM.
Why is it doing this and what can I do to correct it? Thank you very much.

I would suspect a bad driver or failing hardware causing too many
interrupts. Download the following. It will give you a more detailed look at
what tasks are running than the task manager.
