I have posted in the printer section twice about my printer. I have followed
all the instructions I was told. The file that lets my printer print is
missing, I can print graphics but not text. I want to do a repair and replace
the file. Can anyone help me or tell which group to ask. Thank you very much
for any help.

Hi,
I have been away from this group for awhile. Do not know what the
other advice was or what you have tried.
I went in to my printer manager HP 1315 yesterday to check the ink
level. There was a button for updates. Since it is a fairly new machine
I gave it a shot anyway. Surprise! Four updates available. I let the
Update Manager do the job.
Good luck with finding a solution. I know it can be very frustrating.
