My Sharing Folders

How do I get C: back to the top of the list.
When I open Winzip or other programs the correct path is
no longer there and I Have to type it in manually or
sometimes save to desk top then go into exeplorer and manually
move the file. this is time consuming not to mention a real pain.
Please Help.
View doesn't change the order on the left only the right.
On the right it dosn't show my C: drive at all.
